I was surprised when Victoria brought out this bottle from her bag when she got back from the market. She said it contained tomato paste. It was really a relief that we could now get fresh tomato paste that we could store for as long as possible because that has been a challenge for us since we do not have a fresh and we can not afford to rush out and buy each time we need to use it. She said it was affordable and that all we needed was to scoop the quantity we need and seal it again for use some other time. Do you know, the funniest thing happened. I was with Bellah the next day and she said she was going into bottle preservation of fresh foods like tomatoes, pepper and the likes. She had already started off on it and I encouraged her to go ahead. I am sure she will have no hassle convincing people to buy as it will reduce unnecessary stress of preservation.
