Next Post: Day 872: 5 Minute Freewrite: Tuesday - Prompt: nail polish
So for todays Freewrite the topic was nail polish. I was not feeling so much in the mood for some crazy fiction story surrounding the topic, so I decided to just take a bit of a jog down memory lane. People here do not know me much, but I am straight laced conservative law enforcement type. Back when I was in highschool I used to be a hardcore goth kid. So here is how my usualy get ready might have gone:

He had to decide what he was going to wear on his way out. When he opened his closet, he was greeted by the standard sea of black clothing. He rummaged through his t-shirt collection and chose a classic Type-O-Negative band shirt. He slipped it on and donned his black Doc’s and black dickies.
Next he had to decide what to wear in the belt department. He chose his standard flat black belt to hold his pants up but went a bit fancy with an over belt made of linked skulls in a chain like fashion. He only looped this belt in the front and let it drape over his rear a bit.
With his wallet and wallet chain in order he was almost ready. He applied black lipstick in a hurry and reached for his black nail polish. He smacked an empty bottle realizing it was empty. Foregoing the nail polish, he donned his black trench coat, and walked out the door to go buy some bread.

Lol, I like reminiscing about my roots sometimes. Thanks for that opportunity. I am going to try and stay up on these simply to keep my brain from rotting as I stated yesterday.
