I don't think Justin is one of those who gives away money like that easily, I don't know why, but Koreans in that sense are very conservative.
Just look at the trend zone, the Koreans there don't vote for anyone other than themselves.
Well, a couple years ago, he paid $4.5 million for lunch with Warren Buffett. Odds are that you're right and it's not him, but I wouldn't be totally surprised.
