Delicious simple egg fried rice
Material:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 cherry tomatoes (cut to taste)
- 1 plate of rice
- 1 spring onion (coarsely chopped)
- Crackers (to taste)
- 1 tbsp margarine
Ground spices:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
- Sweet soy sauce (to taste)
- 3 cloves of red onion
- Salt to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
How to cook:
a. Heat margarine until melted, cook scrambled
eggs and set aside.
b. Add cooking oil and ground spices, mix well,
cook until fragrant.
c. Add the rice to the egg and seasoning mixture,
mix well. Add the scallions, stir again.
d. Serve with toppings of cherry tomatoes and
crackers as well as a little garnish of celery
leaves and red chili slices.
