My Comfort Haven | A Day In A Coffee Shop

in zzan3 years ago

This week had been so heavy, a pile of workload had overwhelmed me that I don't know which to attend to first. So, after the work week, I immediately got myself a break to relax. So, here's how my day off from work went.

Personally, I count on coffee shops as one of my comfort haven. The calming and relaxing aura of the coffee shops and the aroma of the brewed and blended coffee beans that has diffused the area are just so therapeutic.

CIVET COFFEE
Metro Fresh 'N Easy Mactan Branch, Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu

As far as I know, Civet coffee is from partially digested coffee cherries that have been eaten and defecated by a small and lean nocturnal mammal, Civet. It is where the branding of the coffee is taken from.

Counter area

The shop is just enough to accommodate as much as 25 persons at a time on a normal set-up. Now, that we are on a pandemic, and that we have to follow the protocols, the shop would only cater to a maximum of 12 persons at a time.

Customers' lounge

Like most of the coffee shops, Civet has this mini-station at the corner where its personalized merchandise like mugs and tumblers are displayed.

Selections

Civet Coffee offers a broad range of beverages from cold to hot. It has smoothies, frappes, teas, brews, and espresso, in regular and large cup sizes. These selections are fairly good for both non and coffee persons.

Aside from its hot and cold drinks, Civet also offers sweet and savory pastries to match your beverage choices.

Well, the price of their selection ranges from Php 80.00 - Php 200.00. With mine for the Mocha frappe and chocolate-coated doughnut, I had paid Php 230.00 only.

It was indeed a very relaxing day. Well, I guess that's all for now. See you in my next one. Stay tuned!

Hello @jenesa , gusto ko sanang magpatulong. Kakabalik ko lang ng steemit after a 2 year hiatus and I'm a bit confused with all the changes. 😅 Most of all, the change to withdrawing our earnings.

Pwede mo ba akong turuan paano mag withdraw? Di na gumagana yung lumang method na naalala ko to withdraw. God bless po and stay safe! 😊

Hello @rainbowme. Sure po! It's my pleasure to help you sort things out with the changes in Steemit now.

By the way, 'San po kayo nakabase po? Anyways, I can you schedule to a virtual talk via zoom or Google Meet as soon as tomorrow evening if you want.

Naka base ako sa Bacolod, my hometown. Can we schedule it Wednesday evening June 9, 2021? Around 8PM? Pwede Skype? Di ako familiar gamitin ang Zoom & Meet. My Skype handle is xomiex 🙂
