In today's world I have seen so many people facing digestion issues. Even in our family we can notice someone is facing digestion issues. I prefer ayurveda to heal my body because it is more inclined to our body and helps to heal our body naturally.

AYURVEDA VIEW ON DIGESTION
In ayurveda for good health balanced agni ( Digestive Fire) is most important. As we starts eating food this digestive fire starts it's ignition and starts digesting our food. That's why it is said that we should not drink water 45 min before eating food and at least 30 minutes after eating food. As we drink water during our meal it will stop that digestive fire and food will not digest now and all problems of indigestion starts.

Ayurvedic Ways to Promote Better Digestion

  1. We should drink lots of water to help flushing out all toxins from our body.
  2. Chew the food properly while taking the meal and the environment should be calm. Full focus on eating food.
    3.We should avoid watching TV and Phones while eating.
  3. Avoid drinking cold water as it takes lots of energy to digest yes you read it right cold water takes lots of energy to digest. Instead we should drink Luke warm water.
  4. In Ayurveda fasting is also one way to remove toxins from body and improves our digestive system a lot.
    Never take stress it decreases our digestion, take deep breaths to manage stress.
