on a second thought, i know some countries offer a temporary phone number, it is a paid service, of course, accessible online, so i'd say, it depends, probably there are solutions to that too.
that's true and here i understood Jeff already has an old wallet there and some crypto there but just not able to access, so i was trying to find a workaround
