Food For Thought
Sometimes, we have something in mind, but we are not eloquent enough to express exactly what we meant. During such times, words are either not sufficient, or they don’t flow for us, and we find difficulty in expressing ourselves.
Sometimes, there are so many ways to put across a thought, or an idea, that we do not know which is the best sentence or phrase to use.
That is why when I come across any passages that I find inspiring, or they express very well what I had in mind, I always keep a record of them.

When you’re a carpenter making a beautiful chest of drawers, you’re not going to use a piece of plywood on the back, even though it faces the wall and nobody will ever see it. You’ll know it’s there, so you’re going to use a beautiful piece of wood on the back. For you to sleep well at night, the aesthetic, the quality, has to be carried all the way through. - Steve Jobs
When distant and unfamiliar and complex things are communicated to great masses of people, the truth suffers a considerable and often a radical distortion. The complex is made over into the simple, the hypothetical into the dogmatic, and the relative into an absolute. - Walter Lippmann
We know that the outcasts and misfits are the children most likely to become violent, so it only follows that we must pull them into the arms of love and/or acceptance, and find a place where they fit. If our system doesn't have a place where a child fits, there's something wrong with the system, not the child. - William G. Defoore
