Do you have cast iron pan?
My grandma had been cooking with a cast iron pan.
It was ages old, probably cast in XIX century and passed by her mother.
Then Teflon appeared and the pan was lost.
Now I think I'll be having a new one. There are some reports using Teflon for a long time could be not so good for the body.
