Daily Dose of Birthday Energy.

Close your eyes and picture yourself waking up on your birthday. How do you feel? You get up from your bed and reach over for your phone and see notifications from almost all of your social apps, pending messages, euphoria rushes in like a cold shower. You feel magnificent and wonderful after reading each message, you put your phone down and get ready for your day. You get dressed in a fresh outfit, and might even spray a little extra cologne before you head out.

As the day progresses you stand up straighter, emit confidence in social interactions, your eyes are blooming, and you appreciate everything and everyone around you who has been greeting you. The whole day feels like you are walking on a cloud, tedious mishaps or events which might have deterred your attention or mindstate any other day, don't phase you today. This liveliness is carried out organically with no end in sight.

The reason I believe birthdays are genuinely empowering is that we build the energy of the day and attract the desired setting, vibrations around us. The messages, gifts, and phone calls from your friends, and family of best wishes are deeper than just acknowledging the fact that it's your birthday. The profound connection can be felt because you are receiving positive vibrations, energies into your physical universal realm. This grandiose feeling can be imitated every day of your life just with your perception of your life ahead.

The universe is a catalog with no filters or guidelines, we can choose just about anything we want. The choices we make will become your reality, the mindset we have on our birthdays can persist by letting yourself know that's your birthday every day.

So starting today try to imagine every day is your birthday and you definitely will feel a difference. After all, that's just how you wanted it to be. The saying mind over matter is relevant to this and we are responsible for creating our reality. We have the power to do anything.
