Buying with Steem Today
This afternoon after closing from school, @oppongk and @bigssam came to my school to deliver my @steem-virtualstore t-shirt. This marks the beginning of our promo which will take place anytime soon.
The interesting aspect of this whole exercise was that, active steemians who has steem could pay for the price of the t-shirt in steem which is equivalent to the local currency.
- The price of one t-shirt was ¢25 which was equivalent to 9 steem in the local currency. So I transferred that amount to @oppongk.
- I also had to buy data from @bigssam. It was easy to transact business because he is also on steem. I transferred 7 steem to him too which is equivalent to ¢20 in the local currency.
It's easy, safe and cash free to transact business using steem. We are working so had to spreed the good news to those who haven't heard about steem. The preparation are over and steemitblog will soon see our massive promo to bringing steem to the door step of people.

- And also raise the value of steem.
