Someone made a statement once that education is an expensive fleece. When I was in secondary school, I couldn't argue much once my parents were in charge of handling the bills. But the reality came in when I got admitted to a tertiary institution. This is when I understood that even entering through the school gate, you literally had to pay for gate fees. Uniuyo microfinance bank is just one of its kind because of its unique features. These features are why I like the bank. First, the bank is programmed to be student friendly. Since the bank was initiated by the school management, the purpose of students friendliness cannot be defeated. Also, the customer service is swift and reliable. The staff who knows the student's daily issues make sure that transactions are quick and swift. In a situation whereby the transaction of a student is having issues, the customer service is always active to rectify those issues.

As a financial institution in an educational setting, the expectations of having public facilities should be low. All I can say is that there are provisions of seats so that students can exercise patience in times of huge turns up to the bank. In a situation where students are much in the bank that everyone cannot be attended to, these chairs can work in handy to curb the situation.
