Comfort to me is not more than feeling good. Good in my body, wherever I am. It's more a feeling than a list of items I should buy.

Of course I don't like to sleep in the freeze cold. And yes, I like a hot chocolate, a waterbed and good company. I like a heater and a hot tub and a faucet in the kitchen. A washing machine gives comfort and a dryer might be but I can do without although a mosquito net would be great unless there's someone willing to play for bait.

There's nothing wrong with you and there are way more "groups" of people than you mentioned.
Some born with a golden spoon in their mouths rather escape, others reign with iron fist or simply live without thinking twice.
There are plenty living in poverty being satisfied. They don't feel the need to reach for the sky because they like life and take it as it is.

It's an art to be satisfied, thinking on a higher level, knowing when to stop, awareness of what makes on feel comfortable. Those who seek will never find the answer and will always be on the run. I also believe they spend their entire life in fear.

In between rich and poor is a wide area of different people.

If you lay your head, rest your body and your soul floats away and you have sweet dreams it's not important what your bed or blanket look like.
If we watch a film we remember the story not the screen we used to watch. Even those I watched in black and white are remembered in colour.

Comfort is brought by the small things in life that make one feel good.
Your father gave you the most precious gift one can receive. I hope you will always use it wisely and remember his words if you wear his ring.

It's not the material a gift is made of that makes it valuable but the intention and soul it is given with.
