The Diary Game : 03.02.2025 || Today was Saraswati Puja for our Hindus.
Hope everyone is well. I am fine too. I will share my day with you today.
I woke up early today. Because, today is Saraswati Puja. Saraswati Thakur is called the goddess of knowledge. Saraswati Puja is basically a festival of students. Prayers are offered to the mother for gaining knowledge. I got up in the morning and took a bath. Then, I wore a saree and went to the temple. Today I have to wear a yellow saree.
Wearing a saree, I went to the mandap of my department. I offered flowers. I met my friends. I took a picture of myself. I was wearing a yellow flower garland in my hand. I saw Thakur in other mandap on campus. Then, I ate fruit prasad and went home.
When I came home, I cooked. Today I have to eat vegetarian food. So, I made fried potatoes and tied cabbage leaves. Then, I ate and went to bed.
I slept a little. In the evening, a sister from the next room came and gave me white sweets. It is her grandfather's birthday today. Aunty sent sweets for me. I ate sweets and ate a lot. I said we would all eat together. We don't eat much before Saraswati Puja. Many people eat. But, I don't eat. Today I will eat a lot. We all ate a lot together.
Then, I came to my room. I talked to my mother. Today is my cousin brother Anup's birthday. So, I talked to him. I read a book. Then I had dinner after 9 pm. I have a class tomorrow at 11 am. I had a good rest for these two days. It was a 4-day holiday. I slept a lot. I made my bed. Then, I turned off the lights and went to bed. This is how my whole day of puja was spent today.
