Today we went to visit Puramun Pahar in Rangamati District. First of all, let me tell you about Puramun Pahara. Located on the top of this hill, one can enjoy the beautiful view of Rangamati from here. Which I will tell you gradually.

I do not have detailed knowledge about the history of Puramun Hill. It is a natural site in the Rangamati district of Bangladesh, so it may contain a list of historical events. More information about Puramun Hills can be obtained from the local HRDI or other local bodies.

Almost every year in the winter season, this mountain is visited by many tourists from different parts of the country or abroad. If you want to go to this mountain, you have to carry light luggage because this mountain has many heights and not all tourists can reach the top of this mountain.

If you want to come alone, you have to bring different buses or CNG and those who are travelers can also bring their bikes. Because it is a hilly road, vehicles without engines are not allowed here.

There are 2 places to rest while climbing the hill, the first place is called Battali and the second place is called Kala Pathar. Due to the tiredness of the tourists during the travel time, stoppages have been arranged at these two places. Finally after 1 hour 45 minutes we reached the top of the hill.

There is a Buddhist temple on top of the hill which is internationally recognized. People from different countries of the world come to this hill for worship. Bodhogurus come here for worship in January and February. You can see in the last picture how beautiful the view from the top of the hill below Rangamati is. Rangamati city looks much more beautiful in this way at night.
