Just live and enjoy this life (My Diary, 23 June 2024)

At dawn at around 6.00 am, my brother called me, he asked me to find stomach lime leaves and curry leaves to use as spices as a complement to typical Acehnese dishes.

Even though it was still dawn and dark, I was forced to get up and walk to the back of the house to look for the curry leaves and lime leaves that my brother wanted. Coincidentally, behind our house there are belly orange and curry leaf trees planted by our mother, so when we need them, we only need to walk about 20 meters to pick them.

The children who happened to be up at dawn also asked to come along to look for curry leaves and lime leaves, of course I allowed them to come along, because I only needed to look behind the house and it wasn't dangerous for them even though it was still dark.

The weather is starting to clear up, I have also collected lots of curry leaves and belly oranges. This afternoon all the items that have been collected will be sent immediately. The leaves that I had picked were then cleaned and separated between the curry leaves and the lime leaves, then I packed them well and immediately sent them to the relative who called earlier. If possible, at another opportunity, I will share the results of the spice blend as a complement to typical Acehnese cooking spices.

The spices he makes are very well known and have a lot of fans, so when the raw materials run out you have to look for them immediately even though it's still dawn.

In the afternoon I had to go to Bayu to attend a meeting agenda for the Renovation of Poor People's Homes Program. We held another meeting to evaluate the management structure that had been formed from the first meeting and the concepts that would be implemented later had to be in accordance with the vision and mission that was initially planned.

After lunch I went by motorbike, there was already someone waiting and the meeting started after all the members were present.

Everything went very well, today I feel happy because I did many useful things, after several hours of meetings we finally came to a mutually agreed conclusion.

In the afternoon, on my way home, suddenly it started raining very hard and the nurse's voice was very loud. Luckily I was close to home and in just 5 minutes I arrived home. Arriving home immediately changed clothes because it had been raining.

Time passed so quickly, it didn't feel like it was already evening, my family and I had dinner together cheerfully, life always gives us the choice to choose happiness or suffering, and it's up to us to decide which direction we choose.
