To present my point in this article today, I will discuss based on the tips given in the contest below. So without further ado let's go straight into the discussion of the day as I try to attempt the questions given.

✅ What are the techniques for writing a quality post?

In my opinion to write a quality article one has to read and learn very well what the audience want from him or her. As a Steemian, if you want to write a quality article you must always learn to read through the content of others.

Readers they say are leaders so if you read very well you will be able to present your argument in the best form necessary. Everytime you read you learn one or two things from peoples article and if you want to present your own article, you will also present what you have learnt in the post you read and your own initial knowledge.

So aside reading and learning, you can also go ahead to improve your write-up using proper markdown. When you apply good markdown on your post you will notice that it will attract more readers and that way your content will be improved.

Another way to make your content captivated is to always break the work into paragraph. So while writing don't combine many things in the same place. After writing 4-6 lines of article, give a break and start on a new line in that way your readers won't get bored reading through your post.

✅ How important is relevance and creativity in a post?

The importance of relevance and creativity in a post can never be overemphasized and this is because for your to generate traffic on your blog you must try as much as you can to be very creative. Your work should be captivating and mind capturing so that it doesn't bored the readers.

When you are creative in your writing, you will notice that as your readers start reading through your post, they won't want to stop because the entire thing message you are passing is impressive to them.

Most creative writing are always leading to suspense and if a good write up is leading to this aspect then readers won't get tired of reading through your post as they will want to see the end of your message.

Creativity and proper use of markdown makes a post high quality. When you see any post that the writer uses creativity in his writing and also applied a very good markdown to the work, then you will notice that it will attract more readers.

Markdown on a post is very important because that gives the work more beauty. When you write in chunks i.e in little paragraph it helps the reader to see the beauty of the work, this makes it easy for anyone who is interested in reading to go ahead and read your work.

The markdown also gives beauty to your work making it captivating. So this things mentioned above are the main reason why a post is said to be of a high quality.

✅What are the visual elements for improved reader engagement?

To improve reader engagement on a post the main things that the author have to take into considerationo is leaving some questions unanswered as he continue to write. When you are creative in writing, you will always try to keep people in suspense which will make them want to read more and probably ask a question.

Also when a user drops a comment on your publication it is always good or ideal for you to reply and answer the question so as to keep the engagement going.

So that is how one can improve engagement in his or her publication. Always respond to comments and give reasonable feedback to publication and comments.
