Hello, my friend @goodybest. I feel the topic you are going to address will be beneficial to everyone, particularly the mothers and females on this platform. As a highly responsible mother, wife, and office worker, I maintained some simple but effective life hacks that helped me to improve my everyday life. I believe that these simple tips and tactics will help our fellow Steemians to become more organized, manage time more effectively, and improve general well-being. Now, let's move to those tips and tricks.

Start your day with a plan.

The most effective way to start each day is with a clear plan. Then we can improve our productivity. Every morning, while sipping my tea, listed my top tasks for the day, prioritized what was most important, and completed them. I request you to follow this simple method, it will only take a few minutes, but the benefits will be immense. I am confident this simple habit will surprise you with how much time you have left.

Take 10 minutes to tidy up.

Working in a congested environment, even if we don’t always notice it, leads us to a stressful life. Therefore, take 10 minutes to organize your area, which could be your kitchen counter, bedroom, living room, workstation, or office area. When you organize your working area, you will be able to find what you need quickly. This will allow you to complete your work more effectively.

Prepare night before

I used to prepare most of the things for the next morning on the previous night. Even when I'm extremely busy, I do this because it allows me to begin my day with a fresh head. The previous night, you can prepare your children's school bags, clothes, and breakfast and lunch materials. Then you don't have to be excited when the morning arrives because you've already completed half of your task. This trick saves time and energy in the morning, allowing you to start your day happily.

Hydrate in the Morning

I used to take a glass of water as soon as I woke up because staying hydrated is critical to our health. Starting my day with a glass of water helps me to improve my metabolism, keep me energized, and clean away pollutants. Then I feel more refreshed and can start my day happily. Therefore, hydrate your body by drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach.

Use the “Two Minutes Rule”

Some tasks can be completed in two minutes, such as responding to an email, washing your dishes, keeping the materials you used in their proper location, and cleaning your bed as soon as you get out of bed, among others. I've seen some people put off these simple tasks until tomorrow, but this will raise your tension because tomorrow's workload is heavy. Therefore, follow the "Two Minutes Rule" in your daily lives.

Make time for self-care

The most important life strategy is to create time for self-care. Reserve time for increase your healthy and beauty. Some people work without thinking about their self-care, which is a terrible thing. We need to exercise, eat nutritious meals, drink enough water, spend time outside, and spend time with family to be happy.

Take a break

We know that working non-stop will reduce our energy as we will be unable to concentrate on our work properly. Therefore, it is essential to get a break while you are working. For example, the Pomodoro Technique suggests working for 25 minutes followed by a 5-minute break. We know this method helps us to stay focused and fresh throughout the day. Therefore, I request you to follow the Pomodoro Technique in your daily living.

Make time for Gratitude.

Taking time each day to focus on your gratitude is a simple but extremely effective life hack. This will help us to reduce our stress and improve our mood. Before going to bed, think about all you have to be grateful for; this will help you stay positive in life, and make you feel better.

Household tasks are not a burden on our life if we approach them patiently with a plan. Do you know that with two children, I had to manage my office work and housework? I had an assistant who came in the morning and went in the evening; after that, I had to do everything on my own. However, my understandable approach helped me to handle everything with easily.

I can't agree more with you on this if you have older children. But with 3 kids of 6 years and below it's not easy, I meant you have to clean up at least 3-4 times a day, cook so many times etc.
