It is so good to read posts like this one of yours to remind us to stick to the rules and keep to the basics. ☕
I have read it, and yes you are right, your post was also about improving the quality of the diary post and it was also more detailed and specific.
I miss reading quality posts and engaging deeply in the comments. I hope with the challenge eventually the user will get use to comment on other post and not only post and leave it.
Btw, where are you now and how is it going in the new place @patjewell?

That is all that we can do.
One of my weekly contests gets +/- 15 entries every week with a word count of at least 550 words. It is amazing to see how these posts have improved since I launched the contest. There is hope.
As for commenting, unfortunately I only see lots of comments on the SEC posts but hardly any on other posts, which is sad.
As for the new place, I am loving it!
Slowly but surely, we are getting everything in place and to our liking.

Yes indeed what we can do is educate and encourage not more, users have their own thoughts about their journey on the platform
