Educational grants

Hello guys!
I was selected recently to implement a project. This project involves going round the community, getting the names of the best students from the all the public primary and secondary schools and rewarding them with financial assistance.

This exercise took few days before completion. I had names submitted and finally disbursed the financial assistance to the best students. The teachers were also rewarded with a token. I was able to catch few lessons.

1. When there is reward for any good performance (including academic performance), it motivates thr people to do more.
2. Teachers in rural areas are likely to be complacent and make no effort to refine themselves because there is no competition. Nothing challenges them.
3. Good behavior should be rewarded. Our world is broken. People think it's right to do evils and have their way in everything. When we reward people who do good, others are challenged.
