RE: Weekly Reflections #27: 2025 Bucket List - Travel Goals
Sorry for that, I don't have any idea about not to mention the steemcurator,it was unintentional. I apologise for that. I also appreciate you for your suggestion. I will pay fully attention to the format of my post to ensure they meet the required standard in future.
Thank you for your guidance and support.
Can you please explain what Rajasthani food is all about.
There is a category in Rajasthani food like Dal Bati Churma(this is the signature dish of Rajasthan): Wheat baked balls(Bati) with Lentils curry(Dal) and sweet crumbled wheat(churma)
Gatte ki Sabzi is like gram flour dumplings put in yogurt-curry.
Rajasthani Kadhi: This is tangy in flavour with gram flour dumplings.
Bajra Roti like Millet flatbread and Garlic Chutney.
Mostly they use spices and garlic in each dish.
The food is really delicious. And it is not only just about taste but it reflects the hospitality and tradition of the state. If you ever get the chance to visit India, You should try Rajasthani Cuisine once and I am damn sure, you won't regret it.
I hope this clears things up.
Thanks
