Hallo steemian friends all good night my friends all hopefully we are always healthy
Each region has its own specialties or cuisines in that area and tonight I want to share with friends all of Aceh's special dishes, kuah plik u and this dish has been from our ancestors making this dish, typical of the aceh people, if you look at the history of the kingdom, there has been this dish and many people like this dish and usually this dish is more typical of vegetable dishes but tonight I share not vegetables but fish ponds that are sold in the market and cooked typical aceh dishes
So before we start cooking, we need to prepare the ingredients first
- Mujair fish that has been cleaned to taste, add salt and lime to remove the fishy taste
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, pounded so that it smells a bit
- Please let us soak in hot water in a blender mixed with coconut milk
- Green chilies halved
- Finely ground powder to mix red chilies, shallots,
Coriander, ginger and garlic
Then mix the fish and spices to cook and also the typical aceh plik u don't forget the mashed ones and also coconut milk
Now, cook it until it's cooked for a few minutes until it looks like the fish is cooked and also add water and also add green chilies that have been sliced so that it cooks until it becomes a typical aceh dish, the mujair fish sauce plik
This is my view tonight, typical aceh cuisine, tilapia fish sauce, because this dish is only available in Aceh, of course this dish is not only ordinary food but this is one that has become a popular meal for Acehnese people in particular and is also sold in many stalls, which are certainly Acehnese specialties. Of course, thank you in advance, hopefully it will be useful for all of you friends
