The world of empowerment is a world of working as a TEAM to achieve success as expected by all programs. Without a team, there is little hope for us to achieve. As with my current job, I am highly required to work with the village empowerment team.

Every week we have to hold important meetings with the team starting from the team at the village level to the provincial level. The goal is that the program targets are achieved as they should be.

We are proud and happy that all of our companions have received new orders to carry out humanitarian missions in accordance with the mandate of the law that has been issued. Behind our pleasure, we are waiting for a lot of work to be completed by the end of the year.

In the division of tasks, there are 10 points that we must remember about the activities that will be the focus of the future. So to make it easier to control the activities carried out in the field, it is necessary to divide the tasks to all empowerment assistants.

Among them is the person in charge of updating the data in the evaluation web monitoring that has been prepared. In it there are menus about the budget plan and budget realization. All menus must be filled in based on the progress of progress in the field.

Furthermore, there are sustainable development activities to continue to be accommodated in every village, with the aim of the community getting justice for inequitable development, both in the physical and non-physical fields. Also must get updates every day based on the technical guidelines that have been set.

There is also a person in charge of village economic activities. Where for 2022 all villages are obliged to obtain village-owned legal entities in accordance with the activities carried out to increase the village's original income and the community's economy can develop as the government's goal in providing funds to villages.

We had full-day meetings to get the person in charge of each activity. And later on, we will forward it to the experts in the district to be included in the official report of the field person in charge of each activity that will be carried out.
