Monitoring of village community empowerment activities that have been implemented

The village has a goal about the direction of development policies that must be carried out in order to achieve the welfare of the community itself. Village development is part of efforts to improve the quality of life and life for the greatest prosperity of the village community. Village Community Development and Empowerment is carried out by involving all elements of the village community in a participatory and inclusive manner.

There are two kinds of village development directions for 2021 and 2022:

• First

• Village SDGs are a policy direction for Village Development and Village Community Empowerment.

• Second

• Village SDGs is an integrated effort of Village Development to accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals.

Furthermore, there are three stages of Village Development that must be carried out:

1. Village Data Collection.

• Village data collection in the early stages; and

• Village data collection at the updating stage.

The initial data collection includes regional and civic data collection, which includes economic, social, cultural, and customary issues which are the initial objective data for the village. And the data obtained will also become the basic data for the SDGs. The final stage of data collection is the stage of updating data to be included in digitizing data after updating it every 6 months to get an electronic signature from the village head

1. Village Development Planning.

• preparation of the Village RPJM; and

• preparation of Village RKP.

Preparation of the Medium Term Development Plan Document is a master document that must be prepared by the village head. This document is valid for 6 years after being stipulated no later than 3 months after the definitive village head is sworn in. the Village Development Work Plan document is a document that is valid for 1 year running. The activities included in the document are the elaboration of the RPJM document.

1. Implementation of Village Development.

• preparation for the implementation of Village Development activities; and

• implementation of Village Development activities.

The principle of Village Development basically has several provisions including;

• Humanity; that the Development and Empowerment of the Village Community are carried out by prioritizing the fulfillment of basic rights, as well as the dignity and worth of the Village Community.

• Justice; that the Development and Empowerment of the Village Community are carried out by prioritizing the fulfillment of the rights and interests of all Village residents without discrimination or non-discrimination.

• Diversity; that the Development and Empowerment of Village Communities are carried out by recognizing and respecting diversity, both the diversity of choices, opinions, and identities of the Village Community as well as the diversity of culture and Village wisdom as a form of social piety based on universal human values.

• The balance of nature; that the Development and Empowerment of Village Communities are carried out by prioritizing sustainable earth care for the sustainability of human life.
  National interest. that the Development and Empowerment of Village Community are carried out by prioritizing the implementation of national strategic policies to realize the welfare of the people.

All my reviews above are the results of our discussions with the training participants in self-strengthening to get a prosperous and independent society.
