Hello I am another Yusuf Ali from Bangladesh. So I am basically a textile engineer and my habit is to talk about textiles. I love textiles I have been studying textiles for nine years now so I never love to talk about textiles except for the fact that my life is connected with textiles. As a textile engineer he should know every detail of textiles and should always be busy with textile related activities. So today also I will discuss in front of you some machines of textile i.e. spinning section. Maybe many people know that we mainly make yarn from cotton, we make fabric from that yarn and then we make fresh fabric through time print. Then in that finishing factory the garments are taken to the garment and cut to make various items of clothing that we wear so anyway let's discuss today because since last year we are talking about bringing some machinery to our college. China is very advanced in terms of a Chinese machinery, so we have brought Chinese machines to our college laboratory. The setup process of these machines has been going on for a long time now the setup process of these machines is almost finished. These machines we will now start and make different types of yarn with different types of fibers which are used in our practical classes.

So I will basically come from the end to the front because as we get the final product from the machine's delivery site, I will move from the end machine to the front machine to discuss. Let's discuss the machine that you see here is a winding machine, its cast is basically winding the yarns. Winding means that we wrap the yarn schools from the root from different ring machines attached to the yarn, we wrap them with the help of this winding machine and make small packages which we sell commercially and commercially these schools are known by different names in different countries. Are you a Chinese machine? It has a drum inside the drum. The yarns are cut in the drum. The yarns fall into the drum and then join the bobbin. Nowadays, there is a certain angle that basically makes the shift of our different packages. It is basically a winding. This is the ring spinning machine. It is basically a machine that is manufactured in China. Basically we get the yarn through the ring here there is a small device the rings are chatted with some vises which by imparting ki twist brings the yarn to a certain religion hence it is basically called ki ring frame. At present, many machines use this ring frame, which makes the ring yarn very humming. From machine we mainly get yarn and as input of ring machine we use robin which we get from simplex. I didn't say much about the ring because here the interest is made by twisting the only robin more finely through the twist principal which is basically the main principal of the ring frame.

So the next machine is simplex because I don't have the picture of the simplex machine so I can't give it. We get the slimers basically we input the simplex machine and we get robin output from the simplex machine. The simplex machine basically provides more tourist than the slipper for sewing from the Robin ie draw farm and more evenly which requires the fibers to come into some yarn.
