I wish you good health all the time. But let's start today's blog. One of my new journals started today is the internship in the textile industry. I will consistently present the blog with me with an internship. And through this blog, I will try to highlight all the information so that you get a complete idea about the textile sector. All of you are aware that I am studying textile engineering. I am currently studying in BSc in Textile Engineering. And I am at the very end of my studies to finish my studies if I interns. Asked for two months of interns from my campus. And the factory or industry I will interns in these two months has also been selected through the forwarding letter. In continuation of this, I started the internship in a reputed factory in the Pakiza Group.

There are many factory in Pakiza Group and each factory has different names. The factory in which I will internship is Mamtex Expo Limited, Narsingdi. And the location of this factory is in the city of Panchdona in Narsingdi district. And there are certain rules and regulations for the internship that I have to follow for 26 days a month. That way I have to continue for two months. And every day I have to attend the industry at 9am. And lunch breaks from one to two in the afternoon for lunch. Then I have to continue again until 5pm. That is, I have to do duty daily from 9am to 5pm and I need to know about different textile topics. And after two months I will be given a certificate by depending on how much I have learned.

Since the largest factory in the Pakija Group is Mamtex Expo Limited Narsingdi, all types of machines and products are produced here. That is, this is a composite factory. My friend Imran and I entry at the factory at 9am on the first day. Then after entering the factory, I took some pictures since the new place, so I took the picture very happy and I was shared with you. After entering the morning, the two of us went straight to the HR department to talk to the HR head. HR refers to Human and Resource. He will give us a guideline where we will start and how long will it take in some processes. The first day told us to visit the entire factory. And he said that from the next day to give us the time and size. And gave us guidance from this sector to acquire all knowledge. And he also said that everything was written in a diary or account. So as not to forget later. Selected us 14 days for warping and sized processes. Then give us permission to go to another sector.

Mom Text Expo Limited is made up of a large place or area, and we two friends are really tired of visiting this whole place. Since our department head has been told today only to visit the entire industry. That's why we are trying to visit the entire factory as well as keeping all the processes that are going on. It is easy to understand us later. We later went to the weaving section where the cloth was knitted directly from the beam. If you have ever asked for the weaving section, you must know how much noise is pollution here. When I got out after I entered, I realized how loud sound pollution was inside. But there is nothing to do with the need we have to work in these words. I noticed one thing when I was looking around. There are three weaving sheds in this factory.

In three weaving sheds, the total machine has 553. The total machine in one number shed was 265, and the total machine in the number two was 132, the last three -number shade had a total of 156 together. That is, the number of weaving machines at Momtex Expo Limited was 553.These data were collected at noon and it was time for lunch. Since the lunch break from one to two in the afternoon, we came out of the industry and completed a little lunch from a low quality hotel. On the first day we were much more tiredSince we have no experience of doing so. And this sector is completely new. After eating and drinking, we rest for some time and we entered the industry again at two o'clock. Then we visited the entire factory for some time. I observed other sectors and noticed one thing that there was a very beautiful environment. And there are different types of flower trees, fruit trees full of green nature. I think the fatigue of the mind will be relieved very quickly. I spent some time sitting there.
