Accepted the Hard challenge of 75 days- Day 7 - Daily Dairy Post-9th Sept 2023
Overview of the day
Hello friends,
How are you all ? I hope all are good. I am here come up with new blog again. Sorry for the posting late but I am too busy in my office work. Let's explored the another good day of my life.
In morning I woke up at 6 AM and after refreshing myself I goes on morning walk with my dog John. Today we goes on near lake while walking and we enjoyed the beautiful view. This view we only saw in morning and this is the great surprise from nature.

After returning from the morning walk I started my home workout. In home workout I did 50 Push ups and 50 Sit ups along with cardio exercise. Earlier I go to the gym but in recent time I didn't get enough time for gym and I saw the challenge of home workout so I started that challenge to come back into the shape. I really surprise this daily 30 minutes of workout help me to reduce my belly fat. I am really happy after seeing the progress into the picture.

After completing the workout I took cold water shower and had a breakfast. In breakfast I ate Idli and tea. As this is a Saturday I have week off so I goes to the market and buy some household things for a month.
Lord Ganesh Idol
While returning to the home in afternoon 2 PM I saw the lord Ganesh Idol. As from next week 19 Sept 2023 everyone will celebrate the Lord Ganesh Birthday. For that purpose In Maharashtra everyone will keep the Lord Ganesh Idol in their home and in their building or in area.
After returning to the home I show the lord Ganesh idol picture to everyone. After that I had a lunch. After the lunch we arrange all the lentils and biscuits in their respective places. After that I took a little nap.
At 6:30 PM I goes on evening walk with my dog. After returning from the walk I did prayers and also thankful to the god to showing this beautiful days in my life. Around 7:30 PM we all family together watch the cricket match on Hotstar application. In India we all have a craze for cricket match. Around 9 PM we had dinner. After the dinner I saw movie on YouTube and after that I goes to the bed and sleep. This is how I spend my weekend.
