Accepted the Hard challenge of 75 days- Day 1 - Daily Dairy Post-3rd Sept 2023

Ram Ram friends,

How are you all ? I hope all are doing well. Let's Start to take a virtual recap of my whole day of 3rd September.

_{Overview of the day}

In India, Now days 1 challenge is highly going to the viral. It is introduced by the Instagram influencer Ankit Biyanpuria. It is 75 days workout challenge. In this challenge we have to do 2 times workout in day minimum 30 minutes high intensity workout like pushups, sit ups and other workout. After the workout we should not eat outside foods also have to read Geeta everyday. Geeta is hindu religion book and in this book we will get all the values of life. One who reads geeta will always follow the right way in life.

_{Its me after the workout}

In morning I did workout and clicked a picture to track my performance. I did 20 pushups and 20 situps and also did abs workout. In 1st day I didn't able to do a lot but I tried my best.

_Brunch

After the workout I took a shower and did my brunch for the day. In brunch as you saw I eat roti with chickpeas curry and also eat curd. After the brunch I started work of my office. I did work from home.

In afternoon I saw the rose on my gallery plant. So I pluck it and give it to my mother. I didn't take lunch because I started a diet to reduce my weight. As you all saw I had a big tummy now so I started working on the same.

After the office work I goes on evening walk and did 30 minutes of walking. Also while walking I clicked the pictures. I enjoyed the beauty of nature and returned the home.

After returning to the home I did prayers and did little bit workout like jumping and shadow boxing after that I took shower to refresh myself. I started reading of Geeta and today I learned from Geeta is "If we have faith then we will found God in every piece of nature."

That's for the day after that I read SQL books and goes to the bed and sleep.
