4 on February 2024. I spend this day amid various activities in my college. The Rover Scout organization in college had an annual program of some principles. The senior brothers of the said organization along with the respected faculty members are given the membership through a ceremony. For this membership, they had to follow certain rules and pass certain tests. So let me share with you how I spent my day.

I woke up a little early and was not ready to go to college. After having breakfast from home I finish all my work and leave for college. I reached college and found all my senior brothers had left and I was late to everyone. Then one of us senior brothers gives various information to the new members about the whole day's activities. They are giving some instructions on how to do any work and what programs are available today. There I spend time with that senior brother.

All of us have been assigned different responsibilities. The senior brother who was entrusted with the food for all of us bought fish and other ingredients from the market. I go to talk to them about whether they all have any difficulty in cooking. Going there I find they are doing their duty quite well. At noon they will cook fish and rice, so they prepare for us. this brother says they will not need any help they will be able to perform their duties beautifully. I observe their activities and inform my senior brother.

Then I bought some balloons from the market. We have cordoned off part of our college grounds. We will do all the work of this program within this enclosure. So let's buy this balloon to decorate the entrance with a little balloon. A teacher's son in our college helps us inflate balloons. A few people including me inflated all the balloons. On the other side, another senior brother is giving various training to the new members.

We decorate the balloons with them. All together we arranged the balloons beautifully and placed them at the entrance. We will camp for three days in our program and give various training to new members. The honorable Principal of our college will come to visit our Tabubas program so we all prepare to greet him. We stand in a queue and await the arrival of Hon'ble Principal Mahaday. After a while, he came and inspected our various activities. Principal sir was accompanied by other teaching staff, they all visited our Tabubas and congratulated us.

Then we all have lunch together.

After lunch, we prepare them for a special task. We give them some directions to send them hiking. Prepare them to find directions with a compass and find the right path by looking at different symbols and also by looking at maps to navigate unknown paths with different inaccessible areas. We divide all our new members into two groups. We will send them hiking in two groups. Two teams will be given two different maps and they have to reach the right place according to that map and by looking at the different road signs.

We send them with the map according to the plan. Even if their maps are different, they will all arrive at one place, where some of us are already waiting for them. And some of us keep an eye on them from a distance so that there is no difficulty in their way or that they do not go astray. We have already marked their paths and made their maps.

The hike was the most fun part of our three-day Tabubas program.

We have hidden various treasures for them in different places and we have marked them on the map. They were able to look at the map and find them correctly with great pleasure. During this hike, they have to retrieve a secret message. Wherein we have written some messages with symbols that ordinary people will not understand in any way what is said here. They were previously taught how to retrieve secret messages and accordingly, they were able to correctly retrieve secret messages.

After spending a lot of time happily here, our next task is to return to the college campus. Tonight our Tabu Jalsa will be held. We divided all the new students into four groups and each group had to present something social or educational at the event. So we give them some time to prepare them. Then we stood in a circle on the college grounds. In the center of the circle are some of us seniors and the circle is filled with members. We perform various activities and cheer on our rover scouts. Then before evening, we ask them again to prepare for the night event.

In the evening we prepare for our event. The honorable principal of our college along with teachers were present on this occasion. Our Upazila Nirbahi Officer along with honorable senior law enforcement officers were present in the society. This night is the highlight of our three-day program. After all the guests arrive we prepare the camper. The guests inaugurate the event by setting fire to the camper. This moment is the most beautiful moment of our whole day. All the other students of my college hostel and common people around were present on the occasion. Campers are managed according to the principles of Rover Scout. It was an amazing moment.

Then the new members presented various presentations from their factions in front of the distinguished guests. Some factions sing and some factions dance and some factions perform different things. The guests present their valuable speeches. Encouraging us, giving us various guiding suggestions, and supporting us by our side.

Then our new members eat and drink and go to sleep. Some of us seniors discuss our program. It's so nice to sit by the campfire on a winter's day. We have our talks by the campfire. Who was responsible for us throughout the day, have we been able to fulfill our responsibilities properly? I discuss everything. Then we all go to sleep together.
