Dear Diary

Yesterday night, my husband seems cold and tired and he told me he has a fever. Only to find too, that my youngest daughter, Psalm also has a fever.

Today, June 13,2024 is a little bit hard for me because I have to take care the family alone since my husband is sick. I need to send my eldest daughter to my mother so I can do household chores and can take care of my husband and Psalm.

MORNING

I send Ezra to my mother before 9:00 in the morning so we can arrived early in her house. It is a rainy morning, while riding a tricycle, I called mother to inform her we're coming. We had to pass by a pharmacy to buy water for Ezra and medicine for Psalm and Davie, see picture above.

After I send Ezra, I immediately went home so I can take care the two.

Psalm is teething and maybe this is the reason why she has a fever. She is weak and likes to sleep most of the time. I give her paracetamol and always wanted to be carried. She smiles often but after I feed her, she becomes strong a bit and started to walk.

LUNCH

This is our kitchen. When Psalm is full I go to the kitchen and prepares for lunch. I boiled pure malunggay leaves so Davie can drink it. For this lunch we had a malunggay soup.

This is my husband and youngest daughter Psalm. We eat lunch together.

AFTERNOON

After lunch, Psalm sleeps, also my husband. They are both weak this time. After he drinks the malunggay, he feels a bit alert. He drinks medicine, too.

When 3:00pm strikes, I fetch my daughter at mother's house. I bring bread for them. I will get my daughter because my mother cannot endure in babysitting my eldest because she likes to move.

While writing this post, we are about to go home. My husband calls us to go home now because he feels weak again.

This is another life challenge, I can surpass this with the help of the Almighty.
