Dear Diary,

Today I want to share to you an event that uplift my spiritual life. All the photos was captured by a Cannon Camera from the official photographer of the event. It was shared to our personal gmail and I downloaded it on my cellphone.

Revival Day is a 3-day event organized by our church to help our brethren revive and have personal deliverance in our spiritual life. It started from June 7 and ends on June 9. It was exclusive only to Cebu and Bohol Ministry.

First Day

At first, I was hesitant to join because I have young daughters but I realized how important this event is. I went to my daughter's baby sitter to inform her and ask her to babysit my baby for 3 days while my eldest was with my mother's home.

The theme of program on the first day is to present scripture about realization of our personal shortcomings and lapses. It aims us to release our dark side and recognize that we have this attitude. There were great speakers on that day followed by praise and worship time. The program starts every 8am and will end at 6:30pm.

2nd Day

I was excited for the event on the second day because the theme is Deliverance. After recognizing our sins, on the 2nd day we need to decide leaving and overcoming it.

Since my mother had an errands on that day, I brought my eldest daughter. Fortunately, there is a corner for the children to learn and play so I put my daughter there. It seems she likes it so I go back on my sit and focus on the program.

My husband is part on the music team, the one who holds the electric guitar. He is sometimes on the keyboard, too. He was busy during the event, so I take care of my daughter. There are less messenger on this day but more on praise and worships, then song offertory.

3rd Day

The last day of the program is the Declaration of our Revival that we are set free from the bondage of the works of enemy.

There were messages of declaration and songs of praise and worships. Also, there were counseling activities and recreative activities for everyone.

At the end of all the program, we had a photo booth, and this is our entry with my husband.

At the end of the 3-day event, I am indeed revive and refresh spiritually. Things might not be easy everyday, but I learned how to deal and handle it through the help of the Almighty.
