Try the Special Grilled Corn, it’s a must-try!
Do you enjoy trying different types of food? Not everyone loves the taste of new foods, but some people will go out of their way to try them even if they’re not available in their area. Well, today I’m going to share a special recipe for grilled corn. Are you interested in trying it? Let’s see the recipe!
Want to know how to get the best taste of roasted corn? Here are a few things to keep in mind. First, make sure you’re using fresh, just-harvested corn. You’ll be able to tell the difference between good and bad corn, and you’ll also be able to taste the spices that are used. In general, spices that are made well will taste really good.
Ingredients that need to be prepared |

- The star of the show is fresh corn
- Seasoning: 1 clove of finely ground shallot, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt.
Let’s get cooking! Start by cooking the spices. Then, add them to a pan with coconut milk, a pinch of salt, and some ground shallots. Give it a good stir until everything’s nicely combined and boiling.
Once the spices are all ready, the next step is to get the grill going. I decided to use charcoal for my grilling.
To ensure a delicious and even grilled meal, make sure the charcoal burns evenly. Using the right grilling medium can significantly speed up the grilling process. If the embers are not evenly distributed, you’ll end up spending a lot of time grilling, and the result might not be as satisfying.
Here’s how you can grill some delicious corn:
- Start by placing the corn on the grill. Let one side turn a nice golden brown.
- While the first side is cooking, brush the seasoning that you cooked earlier over the corn. Make sure to coat it evenly on both sides.
- Let the seasoning soak into the corn for a few minutes.
- Once the seasoning is absorbed, spread it evenly on the other side of the corn.
- Grill the corn until it’s nicely charred and cooked through.
Remember, don’t let the corn burn! Especially if you’re using a lot of coals, the coconut milk that’s cooked can release oil and cause the corn to burn if you don’t move it around.
Here’s the recipe for grilled corn today. I don’t like the seasoning sold in the market because it has a lot of preservatives. But making it yourself at home is way better.
Grilled corn is not just for dinner. You can also eat it as a snack when you’re camping with friends or family. Do you like it? Let me know in the comments!

Dear sir, I wish you a very happy new year. It is undoubtedly better to fry corn at home like this. Dear sir I also love corn fritters. But never had my corn fritters with such spices. I really enjoyed reading your recipe post.
