Road Map Steem For BetterLife Community For 2022 | 50% Reward For Charity

The year 2022 is the beginning of a new revival for Steem For BetterLife Community, an important indicator that we continue to be here is realizing the community's dream, all is not easy, but important lessons in 2021 make this the beginning of a revival for us to continue to improve the community. Not a few targets to be achieved beyond expectations and this can not be separated from our inconsistency in carrying it out.

To realize the Steem For BetterLife Community Vision and Mission, we see the Community Road Map as an integral part that must be implemented so as to obtain clear criteria in increasing the growth and development of the community in the future.

The Steem For BetterLife Community strategic framework is based on a Management Meeting consisting of Admins and moderators. To run the Community, we develop the Community's vision and mission so that it becomes the basis for carrying it out.

The Steem For BetterLife Community's Vision is "Making Steem For BetterLife Community as a place to carry out Steem Promotions thoroughly through 3 main pillars: World of Charity, Education For Steem and Investing and Power-Up"

To realize this vision, we set a mission in the form of:

1. Implement programs supported by Steem that are integrated with current world issues, such as: Emergency response assistance such as natural disasters, supporting the availability of access to sanitation and clean water, building free educational facilities and child protection, Reforestation and wildlife conservation, Public health and public infrastructure.
2. Education for Steem as the initial foundation in getting to know steem so that they become part of the user, instill a sense of belonging to maintain the steem ecosystem. This is integrated with the Newcomers Community Program on Ahievement 1 to 6. Steem For BetterLife makes a breakthrough through education on stemit tools which are described in the form of contests.
3. Cultivate Investing and Power-Ups to become community identity through Steem Investing and Power-Up contests that are integrated with the Steemit Team program with a concentration on the #club100, #club75 and #club5050 campaigns.

Community Strengthening

Steem for BetterLife Community builds community by assigning main tasks to admins and moderators, as stated in @heriadi post:

• @heriadi tasked with providing curation using a community account to the delegates and members of Steem for Better Life
• @el-nailul (admin) Writes a report on the overall activities of the World smile project
• @irawandedy (admin) verify posting and contest management, As well as Account Spending Report @worldsmile via Cashbook
• @miftahuddin (admin) writes weekly reports on Community developments
• @klen.civil (Mod) chooses the 5 best posts and submits a boom account vote
• @sofian88 (Mod) distributes delegator rewards

The purpose of delegating tasks and responsibilities to:

• Establish an effective framework for the World Smile Project community and programs
• Creating an effective framework through existing responsibilities
• Building a targeted and effective community planning mechanism
• As a pillar in building a community so that the vision and mission can be achieved.

Community Transparency and Accountability

To encourage community growth, transparency and accountability are important elements, Steem For BetterLife Community continues to publish activities, publish every expenditure and cash income carried out through the World Smile Project, Publish changes to regulations related to delegators and profit sharing.

Management Program

Evaluation is an important indicator in measuring community growth and development, for that Steem For BetterLife Community regularly publishes every week with the theme "Steem For Better Life Community Development Analysis". Based on this analysis, a detailed description of the condition of the community can be obtained so that strategic policies can be taken to overcome any problems that occur.

Risk Management Program

The Risk Management Program is important in running the World Smile Project program, meaning that in every activity program that is prepared, the impact that occurs on program completion through the Risk Management Objectives is taken into account:

• Increase the success of the program being run
• Helping overcome problems that occur beyond predictions
• Finding Opportunities in the implementation of profitable Projects
