Official Announcement - Update World Smile Project Int Chart

After the first publication about the structure of the World Smile Project 2 months ago with the theme "World Smile Project Int Chart", We are currently updating the World Smile Project Int board of directors following the addition of a Nigerian representative as part of this project.

It should be reiterated that World Smile Project Int (WSP) is a global Charity Program with a vision and mission that is integrated with the Steem For BetterLife Community. The expansion of state representatives is intended to reach every beneficiary in all countries in the world at one time according to the available budget.

After Nigeria became part of this project, there are now 5 Representatives, the countries in question are Indonesia, Venezuela, Philippines, Pakistan and Nigeria. We strive to encourage every country that has users on the steemit platform to join this project, because this work is very noble but requires integrity and loyalty to carry out so that every project that is channeled is right on target and has feedback on steemit.

The feedback is in the form of experiencing user growth in the country, then increasing public trust in the platform so that it attracts investors to invest in steem as a promising future asset.

The determination of state representatives is based on various aspects, for example having dedication to humanitarian social activities, having integrity in carrying out charity activities in their country, being creative, innovative and consistent in carrying out humanitarian social activities even on a small scale, then another important aspect is teamwork as a whole. and the last point is to make transparency and accountability the basis for carrying out their duties.

To facilitate the implementation of activities in various countries, the World Smile Project systematically prepares Job Descriptions through internal coordination meetings so that the tasks and responsibilities that have been prepared can be carried out as well as possible for the sake of humanitarian missions. The following is a Job Description Revision of the World Smile Project which has been prepared and may be revised from time to time in accordance with the World Smile Project Management Change Meeting.

Project Management Leader

Job Description :

1. Develop Logical Frame Work and Project Cicle Management Program from World Smile Project
2. Develop strategic plans and goals for each project carried out around the world
3. Evaluating the program, whether it has been implemented, is currently being implemented or will be implemented
4. Analyze the risk matrix of each program to be run to minimize the failure of a program to be run.
5. Determine the budget of each program to be run worldwide
6. Assessing and summarizing the report on the work program of the World Smile Project which is currently and has been completed
7. Build communication with the steemit team and across communities internationally
8. Establish Standard Operating Procedures in running the World Smile Project program globally
9. Conduct global cross-community and cross-country coordination in order to maximize the achievements of the programs that have been planned.
10. Coordinate all personnel involved in the World Smile Project to ensure transparency in the use of resources and funding

World Smile Project Manager

Job Description :

1. Make a Problem Mapping, resolve potential problems that will arise so that they can be anticipated quickly and accurately.
2. Overall coordination with the team and community management
3. Develop a Project Plan both technically, administratively, financially and time.
4. Evaluating project implementation through control management so that activities can be carried out in accordance with the Budget Plan and the Realization of Implementation Costs.
5. Make a comprehensive activity progress report and submit it to the Project Management Leader.
6. Play an active role in building internal communication with Leaders in a number of countries that are members of this Project.
7. Update the General Cash Book of the Charity (@worldsmile) account regularly.
8. Delivering the Plan, Implementation, Evaluation and Handover of activities through Official Publications.

General Finance

Job Description :

1. Prepare a Budget Plan

WSP LEADER COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description :

1. Develop a Project Activity Plan based on Coordination with the Team
2. Conduct global coordination across countries that are members of the World Smile Project in order to maximize the achievements of the planned programs.
3. Develop strategic plans and objectives for each project carried out in their respective countries.
4. Determine the budget of each program that will be run in each country.
5. Assessing and summarizing reports on the work program of the World Smile Project which is being and has been completed in their respective countries.
6. Establish Standard Operating Procedures in carrying out the World Smile Project program in their respective countries
7. Delivering the Plan, Implementation, Evaluation and Handover of activities through Official Publications.
8. Fostering Effective Communication with all elements of the World Smile Project
9. Ensuring the realization of the program carried out by evaluating and collaborating with teams in their respective countries.

CIVIL ENGINEERING

Job Description :

1. Conduct an initial survey of project activities

3. Coordination with Leaders, WSP Leaders, and WSP Project Managers
4. Provide technical assistance through project supervision and implementation
5. Doing project activity documentation
6. Delivering the Progress of Project Implementation on a continuous basis

ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING

Job Description :

1. Conduct an initial survey of project activities
2. Designing Project Drawings
3. Coordination with Leaders, WSP Leaders, and WSP Project Managers
4. Provide technical assistance through project supervision and implementation
5. Doing project activity documentation
6. Delivering the Progress of Project Implementation continuously

The World Smile Project emphasizes the aspect of transparency and accountability in carrying out each program and it is hoped that this will continue to be the identity of WSP in the future so that it becomes a Role Model for other Communities/Charity Programs in the world.
