I think the first thing steemians should understand especially newbies is to take steem platform as a form of hobby without expecting anything in return just like chatting and posting on Facebook just take steem to be part of you and your social life this can also act as a means of motivation. Lovely post by the way you hit the nail on the head kudus
Thank you so much for this wonderful contributions, you are very correct, once they take it as a normal social platform and they dont expect anything in return, they will do better.
