The Diary Game||15-06-2024|| A trip to My village: Meeting friends at the pitch.

On our way to the village

My fellow steemian ,hope you all are doing fine and good.Am glad to share my day with you all
Here it is👇

Morning

Another beautiful day with sweet memories yet to be saved.
I woke up with a frown on my face knowing fully well that there are lots of work waiting to be done.
I did my morning activities and then I took my breakfast.
With no time I was already on the road with my parents going to the village to clear and tidy up the compound, because of my Aunt's Traditional marriage coming up in a week time.
We arrived the compound at 10am ,and we started the work. We weed,sweep ,and clear the compound,we wash some areas, and the compound looks need.

Thoe at first the work felt hard and unending,but at we began the work and about to finish, I enjoyed it so much .Turning around seeing what we have spend about two hours to do makes me smile.

Afternoon

It was already noon ,and we had to took some rest.
That was when I took some funny pictures with my kid bro.

We ate our lunch which was fried rice and plantain.
The aroma and the sweetness of the meal makes me forget to snap some pictures while eating.
The moment was enjoyable, after then I took my bath ,and dress up to meet some of my friends at the village.Because it's as been long have never seen them , neither them seeing me.

While on the way going I mate one of my friend David , he was on his way to play football.
I joined him and we went to the field ,we played the ball for about 1hour plus .
On the football field I met others of my friends,and we spent good time together.

Evening

It was getting to dawn and we left the football field to our different homes.
We shared a good longtime moment,and we was happy meeting again.
I reach home and I took my bath then took my dinner.
It was already 6pm ,cool breeze from the palmtrees was all making the evening a sweet one.

We all waiting for the next day to begin ,for us to continue with traditional marriage arrangements.

What have learnt today is that spending and working with my family members brings more happiness and joy to me.
