Update medical Assistance: Donation for Nafis Al-Barizy was sent on 28th February 2024

In the previous post I mentioned about supporting Saifullah for his son's medical assistance and here is the update on the latest condition of his son and the medical support that we have sent to him.

I have withdrawn all the funds from my Binance wallet with a total of 155.713 steem and cashed it out on February 28th, the total amount in Rupiah is about IDR 615,000. The amount transferred on the day to Saifullah is 625,000, it is to sum up and support a little more from my personal balance.

I would like to thank everyone who has supported his emergency needs. He informed me today via WA that he is accompanying his son Bener Meriah since the Doctor who is taking care of his son will be in Bener Meriah Public Hospital for his duty.

The surgery is to re-open the abdominal cavity as in the picture above

This surgery was carried out to connect the front part of the cranium which had been kept in his son's stomach (abdominal cavity) Nafis Al-Barizy as can be seen in the picture.

The update I got today (Sunday, 3rd March 2024), will have the surgery on Monday (if his condition is good to go), and they will be there until his son is stable enough to be brought back to Lhokseumawe (Blang Naleung Mameh)

The donation from @worldsmile and my post has been transferred to him directly to support their need during the surgery and recovery process in the hospital.

The family really hopes the support from any generous donors and I hope the surgery runs smoothly and their son will recover soon. I have informed his father (Saiful) that the donation is still ongoing to support him and his family not only on steemit but from our friend as well.

I know this amount is far from enough, but at least it can help him a little bit, and we hope that his son will soon recover and return to continuing his education which has been postponed for almost two months.
