The diary game //03 March 2024 // Making good use of the sheep blood.
Hello fellow steemians,
I come your way once again to share my exciting day with you. I am in no doubt about the fact that you will enjoy every aspect of this entry.
It is coupled with morning activities, afternoon work, and evening and midnight duties. This diary describes completely how I spent my day which is the 03 April 2023. I will be giving insight from morning to afternoon on all that I did.
Without wasting much time, let's zoom in on the activities that took place on my side of the world. Just as usual, I was awake by 7 AM and I started preparing for work. Much energy is required for us to do all that we can to achieve a great height.
However, I was able to finish all that I had to do on time to help me get to the workplace as soon as possible. In about 20 minutes I was done with all the roles and the I would have to do in the house. I then left and as soon as possible I went to the workplace.
.
Upon reaching home, I was able to get the things needed. I had the opportunity to run to the lab did the cleaning I had to do and started work. I have to finish fast in other to be able to go to work so us to help me finish the work. Because I was in a hurry I did the things as possible as I could to help me achieve all that I could.
It is rather unfortunate to do all that we can to achieve this goal. We had to do something called bleeding so that we could get more blood for our work. We need the blood of the sheep to prepare our media which is used for bacteria growth. We must get these bacteria to get the content done.
I was told to go and bring the sheep since I was the only one who knew the location of the sheep. I went there and noticed that the sheep were two. They have bought one in addition to the one they bought earlier. Because after we bled the one they bought earlier, we have to allow it to be available for about three months before we can bleed it again.
I saw the two of them been tired there and I used the ability to untie the new one and sent it to the lab. It was great that I was able to use or put it to work. The veterinary officer quickly brought out his things and then cleaned the surface of the skin. Used what is called surgical bleed to shave the hair and then had access to the skin.
After pulling out what is called the CPD bag, he went straight into the vein and we were able to bring the skin out. it was a great joy to have come and work here. It was so nice and for that matter, we were able to have two bags of blood. Each bag is approximately 450ML. I noticed the sheep was feeling dizzy so we had to stop and then go to get it some grass.
I picked the blood and sent it inside for our lab work and we were able to do our things. It is a great joy. I then called two of the guys to take the sheep to the grass environment for it to eat. After we were done with our work, I went home to rest.
