Thank you for your contributionism and going into a detailed explanation of the current situation. I completely agree, and I believe it was like this from the very beginning of this platform when it became "saturated" with loads of content. It had some good and nice periods, and "quiet" ones...
I am the same, I loose the momentum and then I don't come here for months ( family life with four kids and young private business is very time consuming). Just recently I wanted to take my money and go, but last minute decided to stay and figure out what is the best formula for unity and prosperty...
I think we can all learn something from @dobartim and some others, and we could potentially set some "golden" standard that would benefit more participating souls.
Other than that, it is the survival of the fittest!

If you lack time scheduling might be an option. If you put on your writer's hat you produce and schedule for a week or two.
Dobartim has a niche so it's easy to write ahead. If you join contests it's more difficult.
Most of us never used upvote bots and those who once did benefit today. I remember how was announced it was forbidden by those who always used it.
For sure there are still upvote bots but to those who don't know how or what and don't have much SP it wont benefit much.
Perhaps @cryptopie has some tips?
