The Diary Game || 17-09-23 || Nature, Mentorship, Work and Rest

Dear Diary,

I've been complaining about boredom for days now, being home alone doing nothing. Serious work came this week. As an assistant garment maker, I had to assist do lot of work yesterday. I was damn stressed. I felt my bones cry out loud as it was an urgent work. Despite how stressful it was, I'm glad I accomplished a lot both on this platform and physically. Let me tell you more.

Every Saturdays is always a stressful day me personally. I woke up in the morning feeling like a baby in the loving arms of his mother. It was barely bright though. The dark clouds still took control. I did my chores internally until dawn shows up. After my morning routine, I examined the scriptures with my family. Yesterday's scripture served as another integral lesson for us all.

After examining the scriptures, I took to exploring nature with my camera. Nature reminds me of many things life has to offer and it brings me closer to my creator, the originator of life. Just take a quick look at how the fly is created. Its wings for navigation, it bulgy eyeballs to eye and feel its predators and also see how beautiful this flower is. One thing about this flower is they it doesn't wilt easily even in dry places. It has this characteristic feature of cactus plants. It also has spines in its plant. The other picture shows the beautiful clear sky and the snail on a moist fence. When we were small, we do fry this local snail and eat as lunch. It's usually prevalent in rainy seasons. You see it everywhere, mostly on fences.

After exploring nature and capturing its moments, I took to reviewing posts on steemit as well as promote the platform on my status. I also motivated and encourage my Steemian friends to forge ahead and not to give up on their writing journey. I told them strategic ways I do post so I'll not feel discouraged.

As for the newbies, those who barely know how the platform operates, I took it upon myself to coach them so they can become better content creators. I Was just going through posts in newcomers community and those in other communities not until I saw some users who needed guidance. Among these were @joshwolfman, @wizzylayne, @ebek-001 and @emmyjnr. I hosted a special class on the rules and etiquettes of the platform so they'll know what to avoid and what to abide by. I also gave them assignments to work on of which they submitted to show they are well grounded with what I taught them on;

• Plagiarism
• Ai Contents
• Cross posting
• Use of pictures
• Spam tagging etc.

After mentoring them, I took to going to my dad's shop to work. Remember, I don't usually eat breakfast early. So before going, I took my breakfast of rice and egg sauce before embarking on the journey to assist my dad sew, package and weave uniforms.

On getting there, I was discouraged by the number of uniforms I saw there. It wasn't that stressful for me because I accompanied myself with my music box. If I didn't do so, I doubt I would have been able to sort and package those uniforms. Guess what?
About 70 uniforms to sort, write numbers according to their names, button up the shirt and then arrange them in form of this pattern..

This arranging was done according to names of students. It was such a tedious job. Even the music added to my stress so I turned it off. After working till 9pm in the night, I retired home with dad. Was a bit exhausted to create a content on steemit. I just took to replying messages from newbies, reading academic books and then creating this content against today.

I love using a movie to sleep so I choose to watch the movie called Better Half, a Nigerian movie with vibes mostly on a love story. The movie was about how a teacher was dating a guy online who seems to be very wealthy and have been sending gifts to her. She barely knew this guy was one of her students she has been seeing physically not until the marriage deal was signed and she came to the guy's house to see him. What do you think happened? Go check the movie yourself. That's how I ended my day and then slept off feeling so tired.
