My Humble Observation; You have repeated some of your points in your write-up, points like;

(1)which is very essential for any encouraging writer please avoid grammar.

(2)WHAT ARE THE TECHNIQUES FOR WRITING A QUALITY POST?
✅. The first thing any readers would look first is the topic and the body of your content. Because if a market will be good in the evening it tells in the morning
✅. Like I said earlier through my explanation it should not have any grammatical spelling and factual errors.
✅. If you have such errors in your post you may lose your readership including your credibility as a writer. Because it's makes your post meaningless and it's kills a reader spirit.
✅. Secondly, in other words make sure everything in the writing make sense to the readers or audience with a complete sentence.
✅. No reader will be distracted with a bad sentence and still continue reading your post because, he has already assume in his mind that all sentence are wrong.

This makes your post not interesting as it supposed to be.

My Humble Suggestion; Read your post, and reread before you post so to see errors of this nature.
