A moment with the sky: Why I like the early morning sunlight to shine on me

INTRODUCTION

Coming in contact with the objects in the sky has a away of affecting our mood. The beauty of the blue sky, the early morning sun rise, the stars and moon in the sky that shines in night. They have a role that they play on our lives. The sun keeps us warm during the day, while the moon and stars gives us a natural light in the night. They appear when nature demends that they should appear. When we spend quality time with these objects, we have no choice than to appreciate the beauty of nature. We can not stop these sky bodies from occuring when they should do, and so does not have controll on their activities.

Why I love coming in conact with the early morning sunlight

It is worth it when we make out time to go out in the morning to have a little rays of the sun shine on us in the morning. The practice of going outside to have a little sunlight shine on us at least three times a week, could impact our lives positively in the day.

I normally see nursing mothers exposing their babies to the early morning sunlight. Little did I know that the the morning sunlight is good their health. Even adults can aslo benefit from exposing themselves to the sunlight.

HOW I WOULD GET EXPOSED TO THE MORNING SUNLIGHT

Health experts are alson of the opinion that exposing our body to the sunlight, is beneficial to our entire health system.
They are of the opinion that there are ways we can expose ourselves to the sunlight and make the best from it.

From this contest topic, I have come to realize that I can expose myself to the morning sunlight by engaging in activities like:

  • Taking a walk in the morning sunlight

  • Having my breakfast in the morning

  • I would doing my morning exercises in the early morning sunlight.

  • Reading in the morning sunlight

THE HABITS THAT I WOULD FORM TO ATTRACT THE MORNING SUNLIGHT REGULARLY

Considerimg the benefits that the sunlight have when we get exposed to it, one should think of forming the habit of attracting the morning sun. Below ars some of the actions to take when considering to attract the sulight because of its benefits:

  • I will create a personal plan on the time of days and weeks to attract the morning sunlight
  • I will choose the duration that would like to be in the morning sun.
  • I will also Share my plans with my friends or family members who have similar interest with me.

  • I will make preparations earlier enough before engaging in any exercise

  • It is an interesting engagement, I found out that items like the water bottle, walking dresses, and my breakfast ready before engaging in the activity.
