People of Bangladesh love to eat and its proof is in the variety of cuisine of this country. Today I will describe ten dishes with pictures, some of which I cook, some of which are available at my local store. So let's start today's food story.
Chickpea halwa
Chickpea halwa:This dessert made of Chickpea is very famous in my country. It requires – Chickpeas, Ghee, Sugar, Ghee, Raisins (optional)First, chickpeas should be soaked in water for one night, peeled and boiled well. And little by little sugar should be added to it. Then when it becomes very thick, add ghee to it with a little rose water, keep it in a flat bowl, coat it with light ghee, cool it, cut it and serve it with raisins on top. It is wonderful to eat.
Kalozam Sweet
Kalozam Sweet: This misty is called Kalozam sweets because it looks black. This sweets is made with semolina, milk, sugar, oil. My favorite is sweets. The most favorite dessert for young people I think.
White sweets: This sweet is made from milk curd. This sweet is very fun. In Bangladesh, if a person goes to a feast, he buys this sweet. Without this sweet, no wedding ceremony can be imagined in my country.
Rasmalai
Rasmalai: These sweets are small white sweets that are soaked in a sweet delicious juice made from milk and curd. This sweets just melts in the mouth. Amazing feeling can be experienced while consuming this sweets. I can make this sweets myself pretty well.
Sour sweet Yoghurt
Sour sweet Yoghurt : This yogurt is made by me. First I took one liter of milk and boiled it with raw sugar. Once it boiled, I took it off the stove. After cooling it a bit, I put two tablespoons of normal temperature sour curd called curd seeds in a closed place for 8-12 hours. Then this delicious healthy curd is ready. It was great to eat.
Spinach Pakora:
Spinach Pakora:This shop-bought food is crunchy, salty and delicious. It is prepared by cutting the spinach and frying it in oil with a few stalks of onion and pepper. nice to eat
Fried Eggs
Fried Eggs : This great work of art is mine. Take an egg. Chopped onion, raw chili, salt. Saute the onions and chillies with salt and a little mustard oil so that the juice of the onion mixes with the chillies and the oil. Then mix well with eggs and fry in a bowl with little oil. This is the most eaten thing in student life.
Chicken curry
Chicken curry: This dish is cooked by my mother. This is his most favorite dish to me. Very tasty to eat. Its recipe is quite large and complex. Not like normal cooking. The meat is very juicy and fragrant. Once eat this item, one will remember it for life. Looks great too.
Cappuccino Coffee Bangla Style
Cappuccino Coffee Bangla Style: This coffee is available at a shop near my house. The coffee taste of our country is very different from the coffee of other countries. Even if it looks the same, you will be surprised when you put it in your mouth. Either you will like it or you will be disappointed. Because milk and sugar do not even come close to the original cappuccino, this dish is because many Bangladeshi ways have gone into it.

Chicken Soup Bangladeshi Style: This dish I cooked is very good to eat, no matter how strange it looks. Many people like it. Chicken, vegetables, soy sauce, butter. Now boil it with pepper, onion and pepper, add a little ginger. After boiling for half an hour, it should be served hot directly.
