Appreciation to Steemians that have supported my brother for his miserable condition of kidney failure and appeal for further support.
Greetings to all Steemians,
How is life with everyone today? I hope you guys are all doing fine? If you guys are doing fine, the we give glory to the most high God.
It is the doings of the most high God that we are all moving on with God health and good energy once again, it is the lord's doing and is marvelous in our sight.
I want to use this opportunity to thank all the Steemians that has supported my brother for his kidney failure treatment so far, both those that sent steem to me and those that up voted the post I made.
I pray that God in heaven bless and reward you all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I am very grateful, And my brother is also very greatful for your support all this while.

Tolal of the steem is 30 steem. Though I sold it yesterday to complete one session of dialysis since we have nothing on ground now, Infact the situation is really beyond my family's control.
MY FURTHER APPEAL TO STEEMIANS FOR SUPPORT.
Dear Steemians, like I said before, I appreciate your effort all, but I still need your support from any angle you can and any amount you guys can help with.
My brother has spent all that he has and has sold his house too, my family have tried our best and this case has rendered my family unstable, please I beg for further support please.
He undergoes dialysis for two times a week and a session of dialysis cost #40,000, And he has been doing it over 2 years now, it is not easy at all.
My brother on dialysis:
Medical reports and evidence from doctor.
The doctor has advised for transplant and he said is ₦23,000,000 which is equivalent to 60,976 STEEM . Please I beg you Steemians for your support so that my brother will not die.

The letter is dated 2022 and the first letter is dated 15 June 2023 this letter is 10 months old. As I understand your brother is seriously ill. Are there no new updates?
The doctor mentioned on the statement I can't find in the Zenith Centre.
It feels to me the second photo isn't taken recently and older. How about a new one?
I assume it's possible to take a new photo and let your brother share some info.

question, dear, you can visit my first post, I said
that this sickness started from 2022 up till now,
so the medical confirmation I posted carrying 2022 is from the year 2022, and right from that 2022 we have been moving him up and down for the treatment, the letter from the zenith medical and kidney center backing up the help for my brother is in 2023 truly, we were given that letter from the hospital as a backup for people to help my brother for dialysis and medications, remember I said that he undergoes dialysis for two times a week. Do you think is easy for us the family members? And up till now he is still doing the dialysis and other medications.. so I used those letters because they were from doctors as backings to my brother's case, it is just that they are not gotten this year. Those informations are real and if you would like to see my brother we can meet so that you will see him. Kidney case is too heavy for someone to claim to have it because of money. Remember that the law of karma is still in existence. So sorry for not replying you on time.
What you write here, including your writing style is completely different.
I have met plenty of people who lie about the health (breast cancer, child with cancer, hearth and kidney needed, accidents and fake doctors and and and) of 'family' so nothing surprises me.
Those letters are no proof since a lot can happen during this period, death included. I saw that happen to many Steemians I met here as I started.
Since you have a phone and can post I am sure you can show some updates and answer the questions so those who care and give aid are updated, know your brother is still alive and so on to keep the aid transparant.

As you said he goes for dialysis twice a week, then during such visits there will be receipts it is a norm, since you are out of town, let him share it with you and a new picture on his recent situation, just so everyone will be carried along, as we are now all into this together. No proof, no aid from world smile or socialclub.
The letters are old, the photo from whatsapp, it can be anyone even a dead person. With twice a week dialysis the brother is capable of working, writing, sending photos besides they live at the same place.
With dialysis there's a shunt to attach the needle and if for longer it will be replaced, different arm, the neck if all veins are bad.

If youbask for help all you need to to is to open up and make sure those who donate do not feel scammed. I am aware all this "administration" is no fun and consumes time but this is the only way to keep the Steem funds operating.
