"Steemian's Nightmare": @ubikool's only sister is dead😭

My hands are shivering right now as I want to put this unforeseen events into writing. Our esteemed and beloved Steemian @ubikool has lost his only sister to the cold hands of death. What a world, when everything seems perfect, devil at the other end strikes, and take away our moments of joy and laughter. @Ubikool's sister was involved in a car accident on her way home from her brother's wedding.

Since the accident on saturday evening, she had been unconscious and reliant on oxygen to breathe, her life hanging in the balance. In a desperate bid to save her, her husband, family, and friends ran helter skelter to raise funds for the costly hourly oxygen supply, racing against time to keep her alive. She was taken from emergency ward to intensive care unit (ICU), where doctors will be 24/7 standby to attend to her medically.

The oxygen that was inserted on her nostrils last only 2 hours, this simply means they'll be refilling the oxygen every 2 hours which cost about 18,000 naira. They spent more than a million naira, all with the aim of saving her dear life.

I reached out to @ubikool yesterday evening to ask about the progress of his sister's recovery, and his words brought a glimmer of hope. The doctor had assured them that she would respond positively to treatment if they could obtain four more oxygen cylinders to support her breathing, little did we know that it was all false hope😭😭😭.

Around 7pm, her husband reached out to my father via phone call, asking him to come to the hospital that there's bad news. Elder's meeting that was held that moment was suspended, and they had to rush to the hospital to hear the full details. When @ubikool and his in-law saw the group of elders approaching the ward, they fainted because the bad news had already been broken by the doctor. "I'm sorry sir, your wife won't survive the next 6 hours 😭", this is what the doctor said around 10pm in the night.

I couldn't sleep throughout the night when i heard this statement from my father. Waking up this rainy, stormy and chaos morning, it's confirmed that @ubikool's only sister is death😭, goosebumps all over my body. She was a very hardworking and God-fearing woman, she cried all these years with her beloved husband for a child, after some years of Marriage, she was finally blessed with a beautiful daughter by name Kyria. Now, she has left her behind, death why?😭😭😭. Where will her husband start from?

She Devoted all her life to serve the only true God, JEHOVAH. She was my inspiration towards joining regular work, now she's left me behind to continue my pioneering alone😭. May Jehovah console her family, friends and loved ones. We're waiting your resurrection sister kubiat, when everything will be perfect, when Jehovah's kingdom will rule us on earth, there, we'll see a better world with a better life.
