BREAKING BAD HABIT ADDICTION

A bad habit addiction is that habit that has become a chronic disease because if you don’t do it you will fall sick. It starts from feeling then to action and ends with result.

In attemp to solve the problem of bad habit and totally break out, most people focus on the result .The result is not the problem but the action. You will get the same result until you change your actions.

In breaking bad habit, when the feeling comes, because feeling is compulsory and natural . Do not take any action yet, rather begin to look at the reward of the action to be taken and think of a close substitute that can give you that same reward. For example, catching cold and a feeling to smoke , think of things like pepper meat, tomtom sweet that can give you the same reward from smoking, you must ensure that the substitute has no bad reward because there is tendency to be addicted to the substitute.

Subsequent, you need a help when those feeling comes. A coach can be of good help and you must be truthful to him. You don’t stop addiction at once but gradually replacing them with good substitute. If not, it can lead to death.

Finally, instoring good habits. Dangote, if not the richest , is one of the richest man in Africa because he has good habit for business . He learnt it and now automatic. Whenever he sees a good investment, he don’t think about it , he feel it, he look at the reward and take action .
