Whats next after life?

I often get into a more confused state after hearing of the aftermath of the dead. Sime persons say they go to heaven immediately and as a child i was told the land of the spirit exist... From there they would all go to heaven on the last day.
How true us this and which of these do you believe exists more

    Definitely, there is an existence before birtht and after death !
    Just like ENERGY ,life is indestructible . It can only change form from spirit to the tangible as water changes from ice to water and steam !

    Life is a state of transition from the mortal into the spirit changes is constant we can't negate it is a natural fact.
