We rely on our smart phone for practically everything and we store most of our data in it.
Depending on the extent of our reliance on smart phone, the data it contains, the nature of our vocation and other factors, the effect of losing a smart phone would vary from person to person.
What would it be like for you if you lost your smart phone?
That would be one of the worst thing that would ever happen to me,if not the worst!
My cellphone contain most of my vital informations ranging from school informations to my social media informations, some of my music project am currently working on,some of my work project and ideas,my customers' phone numbers,my friends and family number and most of all my steemit information on my Google drive.
The list goes on and on.
I can't imagine how perplexed and devastated I would feel at the thought of even lossing my mobile phone talk more of lossing it in real sense.
I'm sure I would faint and be admitted to the nearest hospital 😂
Right now,my phone is my life,my office and my best companion, imagine me lossing something this valuable.
It appears from your comment that you don't have a course of action to reduce the damage pre and post loss and another course of action for recovery of phone soonest.
Not really though.
Some of my important documents and information I have on my phone are still replicated on my laptop, but as per the phone recovery, lol😂 I can't get it back, that is certain.
I mean considering where I'm from, once you loss something just forget it,it is as good as gone forever.
Our phones are Integrsl parts of our lives.
No one prays to loose his or her phones. We can barely keep our hands off it.itsnso valuable.
Mine contains a whole lot of documents, contacts, important videos, savings ,my account details and so much.
Loosing ones phone is like been kept in darkness, ul feel lost until you are able to get back on mine and know what's happening in the world.
Hi @alexanderpeace,
You don't seem to have any pre and post loss risk management strategy in place to reduce or ease the effects of losing your phone.
I have my data backed up in the cloud and some vital info's stored offline too.
We hope we never lose our phones, but this happens to many of us, the risk of a smartphone falling out of your pocket or being stolen by someone else does happen. Instead of panicking after losing it, you'd better take proper precautions so that the damage caused by losing:
