If you are raising an open-ended question with reference to a recently article published elsewhere and using the images from that article, then you MUST make a reference to the article and provide a link to the article.

In effect you will be SHARING the said article with the ask.steem community and simultaneously raising an open-ended question on the issue raised in the article.

It is not good enough to provide the an image link only. An article link should also be provided separately with specific reference to the article.
