Good day to everyone.
Today I want to share with you all promo-steem community members, my initiative to promote steemit and steem on my university campus.
I am the Hult Prize Campus Director for my university. As the campus director, it is my responsibility to “lead a generation to change the world”. We change the world by creating impact. And what is more impactful than helping people to reach their financial needs. This score so well the sustainable development goal 1 (SDG 1: NO POVERTY).

What is HULT PRIZE?

For more than a decade, the Hult Prize Foundation has been transforming how young people envision their own possibilities as impact leaders of change in the world around them. Originally founded as a one-million dollar prize startup program, the organization today is the worldwide leader in impact education and has trained and graduated more than two-million alumni across 121 countries.

As a social organization, we focus more on creating impact rather than making profit.

As a way to create impact, I am organizing a seminar to teach students how they can earn a side income by having fun blogging and learning, thus creating promoting steemit on my campus. I will make sure to highlight the numerous benefits of platform as some are; the fun learning processes through contests, tutorials, short courses, assignments, etc .

Not forgetting to emphasize that the steemit blockchain platform, was build on the proof of brain (PoB) concept. This means that every contest that is shared on the platform is original content of your own that is not copy from anywhere else, or which is not another person’s intellectual property. Should incase one post any content that is not of their own then they should properly and clear state the source of the information through citing & sourcing. This is to avoid plagiarism.

It is worth mentioning that we will be having the honor of being in the presence of @njaywan, country representatives(Ghana), who happens to be in the same campus with us. I have invited him to the seminar and he has accepted to grace the occasion which I am so excited about. Thank you accepting our invitation.

Also, assisting me will be a number of my friends, from whom I draw so much inspiration to reach higher heights on steemit. Some of whom are; @zology69, @abdulkahargunu, @desiigner, @massachussets, @alhajibabajnr, @farhmade, and so many more, sorry I can’t mention everyone.

Attendance

To check the attendance and pepole's interest in the event we created a whatsApp group for the attendees and have 40 people joined within 12 hours.

The event is scheduled for Saturday 18th September, 2021.

Number of Steem Promotional T-Shirts needed & How it will be distributed

All the event executives, i.e myself, moderators, speakers, and organizing team members should all be wearing the branded T-Shirts at the event. Also we would like to give away at least 5 T-Shirts to deserving attendees(e.g, who sign up and do their achievement one post at the event).
We will need a total of not less than 15 T-Shirts.
